Q. When was CQB K-9™ formed and by whom?
A. I have received training and operational experience , small arms,  explosives, maritime and anti-terrorist operations, to close and personal protection assignments, and high threat/value property guarding as a civilian. I grew up in a military officer family with German Shepherd Dogs.
Q. What type of Patrol and Detection do you incorporate?
A. Our K-9s are dual purpose dogs meaning that they not only are a psychological and physical deterrent to crime, but can also detect scent from a criminal to specially trained explosive or narcotic substances. Our dogs are trained and utilized in methods unknown to most agencies, including Military, Federal, State and City law enforcement. Working with the top anti-terrorism professionals in the industry keeps us razor sharp as to the multitude of tactics and techniques in use by the criminal cells today. A K-9 handler team is the equivalent of employing seven regular guards, and with our high levels of training and background extrapolates into a much higher number, thus being more cost effective for the client. We are trained what to do, and what NOT to do.
Q. Can CQB K-9™ handler teams be deployed overseas?
A. We are able to transport, setup and be operational anywhere in the world within 48 hours of your request. Our teams normally work in industrial areas,  construction sites, and urban settings - whether they are located in the desert to mountainous regions. Maritime and yacht protection is also a specialty for the client that travels the seas to different ports of call where weapons can be a sticky issue, K-9 handler teams are a viable alternative.
Q. What types of jobs WON'T you do?
A. Anything illegal, or associated with drugs, or where you are comfortable having a poorly trained, unmotivated security guard to protect your valuable assets. Rates are affordable and competitive within the protection industry. Our reputation and accomplishments in the past, present and future for our special clients is what makes us different from the rest.
Q. How many teams do you have for operations?
A. That information is confidential. Though we can say that a force of 200+ angry rioters can be quelled by CQB K-9™ at any time. Being mobile with vehicles, utilizing radios, and night vision goggles, more ground is covered in our patrol work and working mainly at night keeps the Bad Guys guessing as to when and where we will be. We are only made from the stock of experienced, motivated individuals with a special forces military background working with K-9s We only select the créme de la créme, and there are rigorous steps to undergo before any employment with CQB K-9™. |
